It's easy. Once you place your first order, we'll send you a month's worth of supplements every thirty days. You can edit what's in your plan at any time and we'll always send you a reminder email a few days before your next order ships.

Log into your account online or in our app, and click "Your Plan" to edit products in your subscription. You can also always add products from our product catalog.

Absolutely — you're in control. You can always delay your next order, update your delivery cadence, order multiple shipments or cancel your subscription entirely. To delay your next delivery, sign in and click "Your Plan." Select "Edit Date" and you'll see the option to delay whichever subscription you'd like.

As a heads up, if your order has just processed or is in transit, you can't make changes to it but can update the following order.

Definitely. Updating your recommendation every few months is a great way to keep your plan tailored to your current needs. To get an updated full recommendation, click "Retake the quiz" in your account settings.

Consistency is key when it comes to supplements, which is why we offer a subscription service. However, if you're not ready to commit just yet (we get it!), feel free to try some of our vitamin bottles. Just select "One-time purchase" instead of "Subscribe" on the product page.
