Strong Research
Vitamin B12 keeps blood cells healthy and is used to make DNA. Nearly 1 in 10 people in the U.S. are B12 deficient, which can cause fatigue, constipation, nerve problems, and other issues. Even more people get less B12 than the FDA recommends. B12 is typically found in animal foods, so if you don't eat meat, eggs or dairy, you may not get enough. Older adults and people with certain health conditions may have trouble absorbing B12.

Supports cognitive & nervous system health

Vitamin B12 supports homocysteine levels and helps the body with energy metabolism. Some preliminary research suggests supplementation with B12 may support cognitive and nervous system health, but further studies, including randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled research, should be done to confirm these findings.*

Vegetarians have a higher risk of deficiency

Vegetarians and vegans are often deficient in vitamin B12 because it is a vitamin largely found in animal products, not in plant or grain-based products except those that are fortified with it.

Manufactured in the U.S.

We’ve included all three naturally occurring, physiologically similar forms of Vitamin B12: methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin, and hydroxocobalamin. The active forms of B12 (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin) are “coenzyme” forms of B12, which means they are better utilized by B12-dependent enzymes and reactions within the body.

Better
ingredients

In addition to three active forms of B12, our B12 uses a natural soluble fiber and prebiotic, acacia. Acacia is a natural and nutritive processing aid derived from acacia trees in Africa. We formulated our B12 with no unnecessary additives or fillers in mind.
